Trustees are effective in their governance and the vision, ethos and strategic direction for EAT is communicated effectively to all stakeholders. The articles of association give clear guidance on the roles and responsibilities for governance within EAT and BAPA. The Local Advisory Board (LAB) is effective in its governance and is successful in maintaining and sharing the vision, ethos and strategic direction for the Trust.

Governance provides robust challenge and support. This includes systematic monitoring of the vision, ethos and strategic direction, educational performance, staff performance and finances.
